Bulkbag Discharging System
INTRODUCTION:-
ENVIROZONE can supply an entire bulk bag handling plant, including equipment for discharging, filling, conveying, batching, and specific bulk bag handling requirements.
Our equipment can be operated manually or automatically to suit the operation requirrements.
SPECIFIC FUNCTION -
The requirement is to completely discharge 1 bag of salt to the brine tank
This system is designed to withstand a load of 1 tonne bulk bag with dynamic loading of 2 tonne
SITE CONDITION -
Limited floor height clearance require a custom solution for the system (max height 4m).
ENVIROZONE had proposed a custom solution for he discharging of the system for a safe an efficient bulk bag discharge system
SPECIFIC FUNCTION -
- 1 - Hang Bulk Bag To The Hanger
- 2 - Load Bulk Bag To The Frame And Secure The Bulk Bag To The Frame
- 3 - Load The Frame Assembly To The Base
- 4 - Secure The Bulk Bag Spout By Tightening The Iris Valve
- 5 - Release The String Tying The Bulk Bag
- 6 - Slowly Open The Iris Valve To Fully Discharge The Salt
- 7 - Return The Frame Assembly To The Floor And Replace With New Bulk Bag If Required
MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION -

IRIS VALVE
- TAINLESS STEEL 316L with NBR diaphragm

FRAME, HANGER & BASE
- MILD STEEL, welding in accordance to (BS EN 15614)
- Finishing: Sand Blast clean to Sa 2.5 followed by application of 3 coats of marine grade epoxy paint (3 x 100 microns = 300 microns total DFT)
